Senator Judy Schwank has been one of the most consistently effective legislators for Berks County.  In the current session, Senator Schwank has delivered over $9 million in combined infrastructure and community‑development funding, including $4.21 million in LSA‑Statewide grants for public safety equipment, water‑main replacements, rail‑corridor planning, and arts‑district redevelopment across Reading, Exeter Township, Laureldale, Spring Township, Lower Alsace, Fleetwood, West Reading, and Muhlenberg, as well as $5.38 million through H2O PA and the PA Small Water & Sewer Program for critical water‑system upgrades in Lawrence Borough, Mount Penn, Wyomissing, Alsace Township, Sinking Spring, Cumru Township, Shillington, and Kutztown.
